Community outreach is at the core of what Dr. Nita values most. This is why she’s proud to be the Founder of her new non-profit, A Healthier, Happier Me.

Through interactive and live events, A Healthier, Happier Me will educate students and young adults about the importance of physical, emotional, and financial well-being.

Dr. Nita’s mission is to provide young people with life-saving knowledge and awareness about their body and mind. Her quest is built around a saying she loves to share with young people: “To be the healthiest and happiest version of yourself, you must understand YOU from the inside out.”
